Stephanie Goodwin was appointed Executive Director of Out On Screen in the summer of 2015 following a search initiated by the Board of Directors. The previous ED had been with the organization for more than 15 years and so Realize was pleased to guide a very busy Board through the process. The role called for specific LGBTQ community understanding and a love of film. Stephanie is a seasoned non-profit leader, bringing more than ten years of leadership from Greenpeace.
